1. Who you're agreeing with
Welldr is provided by Edward Baltaza (sole proprietorship), NIP 8212577665, ul. Lindleya 16, 02-013 Warsaw, Poland (a Monaro Studio product) — "Welldr", "we", "us". "App" means the Welldr mobile application; "you" means the person using it. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the App.
2. Not medical, health or dietary advice
Welldr is an informational tracking and reference tool for supplements, nutrition and recovery. It does not provide medical, health, nutritional or professional advice, and nothing in it — including the supplement reference, dosage information, calorie and macro estimates, recovery readouts or any recommendation — is a substitute for the judgement of a qualified professional.
Supplements can interact with medication and health conditions. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping or changing a supplement, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take prescription medicine. Nutrition figures (including those derived from a photo) are estimates and may be wrong. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the App, and you use it at your own risk.
3. Your licence to use Welldr
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in line with these terms and the app store's usage rules. We keep all rights we don't expressly grant — the App, its design, brand and software remain ours.
4. Your account
- You need an account (email and password) to use the App. Give accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
- You must be old enough to enter this agreement in your country (and meet the minimum age in our Privacy Policy). The App is intended for adults and isn't directed at children.
5. Premium & billing
Welldr's core features are free. Welldr Premium unlocks additional content and features (such as supplement synergies, brand intelligence and personalized stack recommendations) for a recurring subscription fee shown in the App. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, renew automatically until cancelled, and are managed — including cancellation — in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies. We may change Premium pricing or contents prospectively, with notice.
6. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- use the App in breach of law or these terms, or to upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content;
- attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours;
- interfere with, overload, reverse-engineer (except where the law allows), or circumvent the security or rate limits of the App or our backend;
- submit images you don't have the right to submit, or misuse the photo-analysis feature.
7. Your data and content
Your data is yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host and process it so we can provide the App's features to you. We don't claim ownership of your content and we don't use it for advertising. How we handle personal data — including meal photos and connected health data — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Welldr reliable, but it's provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may need to suspend the service for maintenance or for legal or security reasons. Some features depend on third parties (such as AI analysis or a connected wearable) and may change or become unavailable.
9. App Store terms
You get Welldr through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their terms also apply. For the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:
- this agreement is between you and us only — not Apple — and we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content;
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App;
- to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation for the App; any claim that the App fails to conform to a warranty may be referred to us, and any qualifying refund of the purchase price (if any) will be handled by Apple;
- we, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal/regulatory, and intellectual-property claims;
- you comply with applicable export and sanctions rules and aren't on a prohibited-party list; and
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Welldr isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for loss of data, or for any health outcome arising from your reliance on the App's estimates, reference content or recommendations. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law — including for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Your consumer rights
If you're a consumer, you keep all mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms takes those away. Consumers in the EU also have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days; by starting to use the App immediately you may consent to provision beginning before that period ends.
12. Ending this agreement
You can stop using Welldr at any time and delete your account in-app (Account → delete account), which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms or use the App unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, the medical disclaimer, and liability) continue after termination.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Where the law allows, disputes will be handled by the courts competent for our registered seat; consumers may also use the courts and dispute resolution options available where they live, including the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for legal or product reasons. We'll update the "last updated" date and, for material changes, give notice in the App. If you don't agree to an update, please stop using Welldr and delete your account.
